Before you book
Do I need a doctor's prescription to book a blood test?
Most common tests do not need a prescription. If a specialised test needs one, the app tells you before you pay.
Do I need to fast before the test?
Some tests, such as fasting glucose and the lipid profile, need 8 to 12 hours without food. The app tells you when you book, and water is fine.
Who collects the sample?
A licensed phlebotomist from our NABL accredited partner lab comes to your home at the slot you pick, usually within about 60 minutes of the slot starting.
When will I get my report?
Most reports arrive within a day or two, depending on the test. The report lands in the Bioscript app with every marker explained.
Which cities do you cover?
Home collection is available in supported Indian cities. The app checks your address before you book.
Can I upload a report from another lab?
Yes. Upload a PDF or a photo of a report from any lab and Bioscript explains every marker and tracks it across your reports.
